Return and Exchange Policies

All returns and exchanges must have approval before you mail the item(s). You must e-mail me at carrie.loper@loperland.com for an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Please write this number on the outside of the package when you send back the item(s).

All returns and exchanges must also be accompanied with a form. Please fill out and print the form available below:

All returns and exchanges will require an $8 restocking fee. In the event there is an exchange, this will go towards the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

Clothing and Non-personal items may be returned within 7 days of arrival for an exchange or refund for the full sale price, less shipping charges. The items must be in NEW condition, with all original packaging. Please note that I cannot accept any items that smell of cigarette smoke. If an items is returned to me that does smell of smoke I will need to send it back.

Personal items, such as LilyPadz, nursing covers, and baby bottles, cannot be returned. . Due to the nature of these products, I am unable to accept exchanges and returns.

Protect your package: It is recommended that you insure your package and purchase some form of delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. I unfortunately cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
